NC-1000 Oil cleaner
This product is white or pale yellow paste solid chemical. The application method is as follows:
(1) Stir continuously with tap water to make 5% solution of this product. At that time, the pH value should be 10-11. Then, heat it up till 40 -50 degrees centigrade.
(2) Like automatically cleaning crust of vehicles, spray the warm solution continuously, and automatically wash the oil stains on the steel board with soft cloth or sponge. Collect the used solution for recycle and reuse. At last, rinse clean with fresh tap water.
(3) Another simple way is to soak the soft cloth and sponge into 5% warm solution, and then take it out to clean the oil stains on the steel board, and then rinse with fresh tap water.
